Ordering Information
There are two options for ordering:
1. Email your order to: info@hsp.llc, please fill out our order form (download below) and/or send us your purchase order.
2. Call: 707-200-1280
Product codes:
Please use the product prefix (example: VO) followed by a hyphen ( - ) and the lumen diameter size (4 would specify a 4mm lumen diameter).
Ordering example: VO-4
For heavy duty models, please use the suffix “HD” after the lumen size, example: VO-14HD would specify a heavy duty 14mm lumen diameter.
Custom orders: we will gladly attempt to create special sizes and configurations to meet your needs.

Net 30 upon approval (for domestic orders only) or prepayment using check or credit card.

Returns: Preauthorization is required, merchandise must be unused and returned within 30 days of purchase date.
