Terms:

Net 30 days upon approval for domestic accounts, please inquire for terms.

Payments:

We accept electronic funds transfers (EFT/wire) business and personal checks and MasterCard and Visa as forms of payment.

Leadtimes:

Standard lead time, excluding transit, is 2-3 weeks.

Shipping:

We ship UPS, FedEx and USPS, all estimated prices are F.O.B. Petaluma, California, 94952 USA and do not include any shipping charges. Shipping dates are estimates only and under no conditions does seller guarantee date of shipment.

Returns:

Preauthorization is required, merchandise must be unused and returned within 30 days of purchase date, sales of custom orders are final.

Warranties:

There are no expressed warranties hereunder except that the merchandise will, at the time of shipment, be free of defects in material and workmanship. All implied warranties are herby excluded and there are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof.

Taxes, Duties and Licenses:

The buyer agrees to pay any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes, (domestic and foreign) to which the good may be subject, including without limitation excise taxes, sales taxes, value-added taxes and use taxes, duties and license fees.

Indemnity:

Buyer shall indemnify, save and hold harmless Seller from any and all loss, cost, expenses and damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings, concerning any goods sold, that may be instituted against Seller: (a) alleging infringement of goods made to buyer’s specifications; (b) arising out of the change to, or alteration of goods by seller or any third party; (c) involving the use by seller or any third party of the goods in a manner or application not normally intended by seller; or involving any negligence whatsoever on the part of the buyer or a third party.
